Before you write
- Extension issues: name the add-on and your Firefox version (e.g. 128esr). Check the FAQ and the add-on’s AMO listing first.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy; we don’t ask for passwords in email or forms.
- Business / ads: mention “business” or “advertising” in the subject or first line of your message.
